  2. All Early-Bird Specials Orders must be confirmed within 2 weeks after the Product Availability Date to be entitled the above mentioned promotions.
  3. Product Availability Date here refers to date which we receive the stocks, and the date shall be published on our home page. 
  4. Estimated Product Availability Date shall be provided prior to Product Availability Date.
  5. Home Education Resources reserves the right to make adjustments to the Normal Selling price BEFORE the announcement of Estimated Product Availability Date.
  6. Customers who have placed their Early-Bird Specials Orders will be notified by email when stocks arrive.
  7. Home Education Resources reserves the right to distribute Early-Bird Specials Orders to other interested parties for customers who do not confirm their order(s) within 2 weeks after product availability.
  8. All Early-Bird Specials Orders are accepted based on cash payment upon delivery only.
  9. Depending on the number of orders, delivery date may or may not fall within the first 2 weeks after product availability date.  Details shall be notified via email and/or phone.
  10. Early-Bird Specials Orders to be delivered OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE are also entitled the price-off as above mentioned, with the same terms & conditions* applied.  However, all other delivery, tax and related charges shall be borne by the customer, and receipt of EXACT AMOUNT (SGD) via TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER has to be confirmed before shipment of goods.
