  2. Normal Retail Price is subjected to changes without prior notice AFTER the pre-order period.
  3. Bulk Order total amount is based on the normal retail price before the discount.
  4. Product Availability Date refers to date which we receive the stocks, and the date shall be published on our home page. 
  5. Estimated Stock Availability Date shall be provided prior to Product Availability Date.
  6. Customers who have placed their Pre-orders will be notified by email when stocks arrive.
  7. Only orders through online Order Form submission are acceptable, unless otherwise arranged with Home Education Resources via email on a case-by-case basis.
  8. Customers must receive an 'Order Confirmation' email with a given order number for a Pre-Order to be valid.
  9. Home Education Resources reserves the right to distribute Pre-orders to other interested parties if the orders are not confirmed within 2 weeks after Product Availability Date.
  10. All Pre-orders are accepted based on cash payment upon delivery only.
  11. Depending on the number of orders, delivery date may or may not fall within the first 2 weeks after Product Availability Date.  Details shall be notified via email and/or phone.
  12. For delivery addresses outside of Singapore, all delivery, tax and related charges shall be borne by the customer, and receipt of EXACT AMOUNT (SGD) via TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER has to be confirmed before shipment of goods.
